The
Pleasant View Fire Department is led in to action by Fire
Chief Chris Malmgren. Chief Malmgren has lived in the
Pleasant View area for 44 years and has been an active
member of the department for 26 years. The Fire Chief
oversees all aspects of the fire department. He is
responsible for making sure that there are Firefighters in
the station and trucks on the road. Chief Malmgren is
dedicated to improving emergency services to the Pleasant
View community.

Deputy Chief
Watson serves as the Training Officer and Operations
Chief. Chief Watson is a 27
year veteran of the Colorado Fire Service, he also serves on
multiple committees for the Division of Fire Safety.

Battalion Chief Holland
is the B-Shift Officer and serves as the Fire Marshal and oversees inspections,
investigations, and public education.
Lt. Nicholaou
is the A-Shift Officer and oversees the scheduling program. Lt. Nicholaou served as a
Volunteer Firefighter with us before he was hired full time.
Lieutenant
Poplaski is the C-Shift Officer and is the department's
Quarter Master. Lt. Poplaski served as a Volunteer
Firefighter with us before he was hired full time. |
